Crystal Chevalley

Crystal was born on May 18, 1980, in Calico Rock, Arkansas. She spent much of her life in Mountain View, Arkansas where she attended public school and was embraced by the community. In 2018 Crystal moved with her parents to Fayetteville, where she was welcomed into the Life Styles family. Crystal’s life was greatly enriched by some wonderful caregivers and by many others who loved her and included her in their lives.

Crystal had a gentle nature that was unfailingly patient, accepting, and non-judgmental. She loved all types of music, animal documentaries, Christmas lights, and being read to. She enjoyed watching birds at the feeder, football, the kitchen, and being included in any conversation. She was easy to love.

Crystal was preceded in death by her grandparents, David and Mary Townsley (Newton, N.C.), Les and Betty Tenney (San Diego) and Virginia and Edward Chevalley (Enon, Ohio).

She is survived by her devoted parents, Janet Townsley and Edgar Levi (Fayetteville), and her loving brother, Aaron Chevalley (Brazil). She leaves behind a cherished extended family, including her aunts and uncles, Michael Townsley and Lynne Ross (Newton, N.C.), Russ Townsley and Rakhshi Khan (Davis, Calif.), and Don and Eileen Levi (Doylestown, Pa.), as well as cousins Samir Khan, Riyan Khan and David and Courtney Levi, their children, Parker Levi and Chloe Levi and biological father, Edward Chevalley (Reno, Nev.)

There will be a celebration of Crystal’s life on Friday, October 23, 2026, from 4:30-6:30, at Millar Lodge, Mount Sequoyah, 150 N. Skyline Dr., Fayetteville.
