Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard is a major east-west thoroughfare on the south side of Fayetteville, serving public facilities such as Fayetteville High School and the University of Arkansas.
Its eastern end becomes Huntsville Road at the intersection of the two. Its western end becomes Main Street in Farmington at the city boundary.
Parts of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard were earlier known as:

- Old Farmington Road

- Wall Street
- Second Street
- Sixth Street
The city renamed the highway in honor of the civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. in 2009.
The boulevard has also served as part of U.S. Highway 62 or 62B and Arkansas Highways 16, 180 and 265 at various times and for various sections.
