This 4.5-acre park was acquired through the Park Land Dedication Ordinance in 2005 and was officially opened in May 2008. Development of the park was funded in part by a “Fighting Obesity” Grant from GameTime Play Equipment.
It features playgrounds, a pavilion with picnic area and a large natural area.
This park was named after David Lashley, who served more than 20 years on the Fayetteville Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.
