The Ozarks at Large show on KUAF Radio provides an audio glimpse into the Historic Washington County Courthouse, recorded while interior renovation continued in its final days.
Jacqueline Froelich, a reporter for KUAF Radio, talked with John Dupree, project architect for Polk Stanley Wilcox Architects; Ron Woods, the facilities manager for Washington County; and Tony Wappel, archivist for the county, about the history of the courthouse and the work to put it back in shape to last another 100 years.
The recording is nearly 8 minutes long.
