Mrs. Anna B. Parker, 83, of Fayetteville, died Sunday [April 21, 1974]. Born June 11, 1890, in Baldwin, the daughter of Pete and Billy Borden Fisher, she was a Methodist and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by her husband, Otis Parker of the home: one son, Col. Herbert Parker of Tallahasse, Fla.; six daughters, Mrs. Juanita Loveless and Mrs. Gladys Slaughter, both of St. Louis, Mo.; Mrs. Lilly Hercey, Mrs. Virginia Dandridge and Mrs. Peggy Abernathy, all of Kansas City, Kan., and Mrs. Bernice Mayes of Fayetteville: 21 grandchildren and several
great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. James Methodist Church with burial in Oak Cemetery, under direction of Nelson’s Funeral Home.
