Mrs. Elmyra Cole Jenkins Wright, 49, a resident of 217-1/2 S. Willow died in a local hospital Sunday night [Dec. 15, 1963]. She was born May 28, 1914, the daughter of Joel and Henry Walker Jenkins. Survivors include the husband, Lamont; one son, Carlos of the home; four brothers, Bradford, Joel, John and Dave all of Fayetteville and one sister, Mrs. Eleanor Buchannan of Tulsa.
Funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at St. James Baptist Church. Burial in Oak Cemetery under direction of the
Watson Mortuary.
