Cheryl Ann Dunaway, age 60, of Fayetteville passed away on October 23, 2026. She was born on April 19, 1966, in Fayetteville to parents Loy and Joy Bragg.
She is preceded in death by her Husband, Darrell Dunaway and her mother, Joy.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Kelly Dunaway and her children, Lux Fisk and Hunter Combs; sister, Vanessa King and her children, Savannah King and Maceon Reardon; and Cheryl’s “3 Amigos,” Laurel, Debbie, and Cathy.
Cheryl was a woman whose life was defined by her deep love for family and unwavering faith. As a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Cheryl gave endlessly of herself, leaving a legacy of whimsy, selflessness, and joy that will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
A visitation will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at Moore’s Chapel Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 11 a.m. Burial will take place at Mount Olive Cemetery.
