Angela Allgier

Angela Marie Martin Allgier, age 58, of Fayetteville, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2026. She was born May 28, 1967, in Sikeston, Mo. Her parents, Charles Louis Martin, Mary Rosanna Grossman Martin a sister, Rhonda Lynn Martin Roberson and a niece Stephanie Dawn Jackson, all preceded her in death.

Loving and devoted wife, mother and friend to many. Born and raised in Southeast Missouri and grew up in Kewanee, Mo. where she attended Kewanee Methodist Church and New Madrid County School Districts where she graduated high school in 1985. She attended University of Mississippi in Oxford and graduated from University of Arkansas Little Rock with a degree in psychology. Spent most of her life in Kewanee and New Madrid, Mo., Little Rock, Ark., Hot Springs, Ark., and Fayetteville. She is continuing on through organ donation in the hope of extending life for others. Her life and love will be forever missed and cherished.

Survivors are her husband, Michael Joseph Toney Allgier; children, William Louis Brister (Trenity) of Benton, Ark., Andrews Martin Brister (Songmin) of Fayetteville, Anna Rose Marie Allgier of Fayetteville; a grandson, Hayes Brister (William and Trenity); a sister, Lisa Ann Martin Dawson of New Madrid, Mo.; Nephews and nieces Gregory “Buddy” Martin Jackson of Denton, Texas, Hayden Kevin Dawson Jr. and Hannah Leigh Dawson Colbert of New Madrid, Mo.

Celebration of her life and memory is expected to take place in Benton, Ark., and New Madrid, Mo., in May.

Cremation arrangements are by Nelson Berna Funeral Home.
