This 3.8-acre private lake was created by the damming of Sublet Creek where Lake Ridge Drive crosses the stream’s spillway.
It was developed privately as part of the Clay Yoe Subdivision and presumably named for Mary Lucille Yoe, wife of Clay Yoe. It was also referred to as Yoe’s Lake during the 1950s and early 1960s.
