Mrs. Annie Mae Cook, 70, of Fayetteville, died Thursday, September 4, 1975, in a local nursing home. Born May 3, 1905, in Madison County, the daughter of William H. and Nancy Laula Cravens Cook, she was a Methodist.
Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. LaVerne Taran of San Francisco, Calif.; two bothers, Clyde and Chester Cool of Fayetteville; four sisters, Mrs. Estella Barker, Mrs. Viola Buchanan, Mrs. Vehna Buchanan and Mrs. Artie Funkhouser all of Fayetteville and live grandchildren.
Funeral service will he at 2 p.m. Monday at St. James Methodist Church with burial in Oak Cemetery under direction of Moore’s Chapel.
