The 2.2-mile-long Frisco Trail runs from Town Branch Trail on the south to the Maple Street Bridge.
On the southern end, it skirts along the western side of Walker Park, then crosses School Avenue at grade, follows Tanglewood Creek, crosses under Martin Luther King Boulevard and follows the old railroad bed of the Pacific & Greater Eastern Railway, now known as the Lower Ramble, to Spring Street. The trail then passes round the Upper Ramble, coming alongside the Arkansas & Missouri right-of-way and following it to Dickson, Lafayette and Maple streets.
The Maple Street crossing is the highest point of elevation on the Frisco Trail as well as the entire Razorback Greenway, which follows the same route as the Frisco.
