Jill Steingraber, 79, of Greenland, Ark., died December 5, 2025. She was born on March 15, 1946 in St Paul, MN, to Alice and Clare Steingraber. Jill earned her RN and worked at Children’s Minnesota St. Paul Hospital. She moved to the Fayetteville area in 1996, where she continued to work as an R.N. until she retired.
Jill loved to travel and to celebrate reunions with friends in Wisconsin and Minnesota. She enjoyed quilting, loved animals, especially cats and tigers. She spent time during her retirement volunteering in the community. She was a charter member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Fayetteville.
Jill was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her brother John (Jack) and wife Doris, niece Kristin (Jerry) Griffin, nephew Jason (Jennifer) Steingraber, grandnieces and nephews, several cousins, and friends.
A celebration of life service will be held at Emmanuel Lutheran Church at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 13, 2025. Burial will be at Elmhurst Cemetery in St. Paul, MN, at a later date.
