Mrs. Chrystal Funkhouser, 62, of Fayetteville, died in a local hospital Saturday [May 5, 1973]. Born Dec. 25, 1910, at Harris, the daughter of Issac P. and Rachel Bean Parker, she was a member of St. James Methodist Church.
Survivors are the husband, Cashmere of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Carolyn Bradford of Fayetteville; one
brother, Issac P. Parker Jr. of San Bernardino, Calif.; and three sisters, Mrs. Ledla Booth of Atlanta, Tex., and Mrs. Hattie Bass and Mrs. Rosa Lackey of Fayetteville and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will he at 2 p.m. Wednesday at St. James Methodist Church. Burial will be in Oak Cemetery under direction of Nelson’s Funeral
Home.
