Funeral services for the Rev. Isaac P. Parker, 78, who died Monday morning in an Alexandria, Ark., hospital, will be conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. at St. James Methodist Church by the Rev. J.H. Oliver of Hot Springs assisted by the Rev. L. Smith of Fayetteville and the Rev. C.C. Hall of Hot Springs. Burial will be in Oak Cemetery under direction of Nelson’s Funeral Home.
