Chester Aldridge

Chester Aldridge, 60, who died at City Hospital Thursday, was a victim of tularemia, which he received from the bite of a tick.

Tularemia is said to be becoming more prevalent in this region. The death last week is the second in Washington county from tick disease in about a year.

Mr. Aldridge had been ill for about ten days and had been at the hospital for three days.

He was born April 9, 1880, in Washington County died May 30, 1940. He was buried at Mount Comfort Cemetery.
