Mrs. D.H. Hill Passes Away.
Raleigh, N.C., Dec. 12. — (Special.) — Mrs. D.H. Hill (Isabella Morrison Hill), widow of Confederate General Hill, sister of Mrs. Stonewall Jackson, died here today.

Isabella Morrison Hill, the spouse of Daniel Harvey Hill, was born Jan. 28, 1825, to the Rev. Robert Hall Morrison Sr. and Mary Eugenia Graham Morrison.
She married Daniel Harvey Hill, who later became a lieutenant general in the Confederate army during the Civil War and was later appointed president of the Arkansas Industrial University in 1877.
The Hills had nine children, including Joseph Morrison Hill, who became chief justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court.
She is buried at Davidson College Cemetery, Davidson, North Carolina.
