George Rudolph died yesterday evening (Dec. 21, 1903) at the residence of his brother, Burtis Rudolph, of consumption. He was twenty- five years of age and was born and reared in Fayetteville, For several years he has been a sufferer and spent two years in Florida but without any permanent beneficial result. He returned two months ago to await the inevitable. He was a worthy young man with bright prospects for a useful and sucessful life and it is distressingly sad that he has been strickeu down on the threshold. The interment took place in the Walker graveyard, near the Confederate Cemetery.
