A one-block street between Gregg Avenue and Arkansas Avenue west of railroad tracks became part of Lafayette Street after a concrete bridge was built over the railroad cut in the 1930s. Previous to the concrete bridge, a wooden footbridge across the chasm of the railway cut.
A Wyoming Street was platted along with several other state-themed streets in the vicinity of present-day Bud Walton Arena, but Wyoming was probably never built.
Water Avenue is a former street that used to run one block east of Washington Avenue off Rock Street.
