Ellen Smedley Smith Bridge

This footbridge at Wilson Park was dedicated in honor of Ellen Smedley Smith on December 7, 2014, on her 100th birthday. Born and reared in Denver, Colorado, Smith and her husband, Jim, moved to Fayetteville after World War II. She died March 18, 2021, at the age of 106.
